“Will is an outstanding shot stopping goalkeeper with very strong soccer acumen. His ability to organize his team and distribute the ball throughout the field accurately are key strengths to his game. Overall he has a very bright future in the collegiate game”.
Assistant Coach Ryan Hopkins on Palmquist:
“We actually spotted Will at one of our Denver ID Camps about a year ago and were very intrigued by him. He possessed a great demeanor that he coupled with some wonderful athletic tools. His ability to communicate effectively, start attacks from the back and shot stop are all qualities that the top-level modern day goalkeeper holds. As Will joins the program, we know that those qualities plus his work rate, passion and positive attitude will serve him as he develops into the rigors of the college game.”
