Craig Paiement is a Volunteer Assistant for Head Coach Barbara Perkins for the 2021 Women’s Triathlon season.
Based in Bloomington, Indiana, Paiement has coached endurance athletes for more than 20 years and has level 1 certifications with USA Cycling, USA Triathlon and USA Track & Field.
Paiement owns a Ph.D. in Kinesiology/Sport Psychology with a focus on coaching and motivation, Masters' degrees in Kinesiology (Coaching) & Sport Management and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He is also an assistant professor in the School of Outdoor Recreation, Parks & Tourism at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
