Frazier joins the Pioneers in 2025 after serving as an assistant coach at Monmouth University, specializing in guards and coached Damaris Rodrigues to Monmouth's first All-CAA First Team selection since 2009.  

Prior to her time in New Jersey, Frazier served as an assistant at Appalachian State for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. During her time with the Mountaineers, Frazier was a key member of a staff that won 28 games including a pair in the Sun Belt Tournament. She brings expertise in recruiting, scouting, player development and community service initiatives. 

The Georgia native was a three-year captain at East Carolina University as well as the 2018 ECU Defensive Player of the Year and 2019 Team MVP. Frazier is one of just 13 players in school history to lead the team in assists during multiple seasons.
