Massimo Gioffre has been named an assistant director of sports performance, Matt Shaw announced on August 13, 2021.
Gioffre will work primarily with volleyball, skiing and men’s lacrosse. He comes to Denver after stints as a grad assistant and full-time assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston University. While at Boston, Gioffre worked with women’s hockey, men’s basketball, women’s soccer, softball and throwers, while serving as the unit’s internship coordinator, leading educational sessions and intern scheduling.
