O'Loughlin at #1 singles, Slattery at #2 singles, and Mok at #3 singles were all successful on Sunday against #75 CSUN. With these wins, the Denver Pioneers defeated #75 CSUN in the overall hidden dual format 4-3 and won the doubles point against #75 CSUN and #40 Long Beach State. Mok went 2-1 in singles action.
"This event was a great way to get some ranked 'scrimmage' dual matches in before our first competition date against Memphis this Friday," head coach Christian Thompson said. "Overall, our doubles was impressive all weekend and winning a scrimmage dual match against #75 CSUN should give us some confidence heading into this weekend."
