The Canadians earn their second gold medal in men's ice hockey since 2002, while Team USA's impressive run ends with a silver medal.
Former DU star Paul Stastny also earns his first Olympic medal as a key performer for Team USA. Stastny finished the tournament with one goal, two assists and a +2 plus/minus rating.
Stastny and his NHL team, the Colorado Avalanche, host the Detroit Red Wings on March 1.
