The DU men's tennis team went 1-1 on Day 1 of the 2017 Texas Tamale Company Rice Invitational in Houston on Saturday, dropping a 4-2 decision to the Owls in a morning match prior to downing Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 4-0 in an afternoon contest. Denver is now 6-9 on the season.
