LOOKING BACK TO LAST TIME OUT
• [-RV] Denver used a pair of 5-0 runs to defeat Marquette by a score of 17-11 on Wednesday afternoon
• Quintin Hoch-Bullen recorded her second five-goal game of the season to lead the Pioneers, and Kendra Lanuza had five assists and six points to lead the team
• Carson Gregg made the 100th save of her career in the second half of the game, finishing with seven saves in the win
• Molly Little had a team-high four draw controls, Audrey Schreck had a team-high three caused turnovers and Kennedy Milburn had a team-high four ground balls
• Caitlin Derry tallied her second hat trick in three games, and added an assist for four points
• Nine different players scored a goal for DU, with Eliza Radochonski and Julia Feiss recording two each and Lanuza, Elizabeth Behrins, Caroline Wiseman, Riley Eggeman and Audrey Schreck netting one apiece
• The Pioneers had a 31-24 shot advantage in the contest, 23-18 in shots on goal, and also had the edge in clears at 22-of-26 (Marquette was 11-of-14). Marquette held a 22-8 margin in draw controls, as well as 21-19 in ground balls. Both teams had nine caused turnovers
HISTORY VS FLORIDA
• The Pioneers are 0-5 all-time against the Gators, but this will be the first meeting in Denver
• In their last meeting on May 6, 2017, Florida led wire-to-wire in the BIG EAST Championship en route to an 18-12 win
• Julia Feiss scored five goals in the game
• Kendra Lanuza and Audrey Schreck each scored a goal
• All of Denver's goals were unassisted
• Elizabeth Behrins recorded four draw controls and Kennedy Milburn had two caused turnovers to lead the team
• Florida had the edge in shots (49-31, 30-24 in shots on goal), and draw controls (20-12), but Denver had the advantage in ground balls (15-10) and was 7-of-11 on feree-position shots while Florida went 3-for-7. Both goalies made 12 saves in the game and both teams had nine caused turnovers

• Florida won the BIG EAST Championship last year, but lost in the second round of the NCAA Tournament (15-12 to USC)
• They are 5-1 on the road this season, 4-0 in conference
• The Gators went 5-3 in non-conference games to open the season before going 7-0 in BIG EAST play
• Florida ranks sixth in the NCAA in scoring, averaging 16.27 goals and is eighth in ground balls per game with 22.67. They are 11th in shot percentage (.477), shots per game (34.13) and shots on goal per game (25.53)
• Of their 244 goals, 73 were on free-position shots, 19 were on man-up opportunities, 3 on man-down opportunities and 158 were unassisted
• Senior attacker Shayna Pirreca leads the Gators with 44 goals and 59 points on 97 total shots (67 shots on goal, .691 sog%), while freshman midfielder Shannon Kavanagh leads the team with 16 assists
• Cara Trombetta has caused a team-high 26 turnovers and Sabrina Cristodero leads with 77 draw controls
• Junior Haley Hicklen has started in all 15 games for UF, allowing 139 goals and making 135 saves on 374 shots faced in 787:52 minutes in net. She has a goals allowed average of 10.59 and a save percentage of .493. Hicklen also leads the team with 49 ground balls on the year. Olivia Cole (71:06 minutes, 7 goals allowed, 11 saves, .611 save %, 5.91 G.A.A.) has played in seven games, starting in one, and Kenzii Kittell (44:19 minutes, 7 goals allowed, 6 saves, .462 save %, 9.48 G.A.A) has played in four games
• As a unit, the goaltenders are allowing 153 goals with 152 saves on 414 shots faced, for a save % of .498 and a G.A.A. of 10.16
DENVER'S SCHEDULE
• The Pioneers will have played or will face six opponents on their schedule who were either ranked or receiving votes in the latest media poll, and six teams ranked in the IWLCA poll
• Outside of BIG EAST competition, Denver shares one common opponent with Florida in Colorado. The Gators defeated the Buffaloes 16-9 in their season opener

FINDING NEW CONTRIBUTORS
• This season, freshmen Quintin Hoch-Bullen and Eliza Radochonski have accounted for 46 goals and 71 points, including hat tricks from Radochonski against Stanford and UConn and five hat tricks from Hoch-Bullen against Niagara, Temple, UConn, Colorado, Cincinnati and Marquette, including four-straight
• As a class, freshmen have tallied 89 pts (58 G, 31 A).
Hoch-Bullen and Radochonski are second and third on the team in assists with 13 and 12, respectively. Hoch-Bullen leads the team in points (43) and is second on the team in goals (30), free-position goals (7). Radochonski is third in free-position goals (4), tied for fourth in goals (16) and fourth in points (28)
• Bea Behrins had her first career hat trick against Villanova
• Caroline Wiseman scored her first career goal against San Diego State, Hannah Liddy scored her first goal against Niagara, and Bea Behrins and Sammie Morton both scored their first collegiate goal against Butler
• Sophomore transfer Molly Little has scored 11 goals and added three assists, and is second on the team with 42 draw controls, starting in 13 games for the Crimson and Gold
• Lanuza leads the team with 21 assists
• The Pioneers had goals from six different players, and eight different players recorded a point in the victory over Stanford. Against Louisville, seven different players scored a goal and eight different players recorded a point. In the game against San Diego State, 10 different players recorded at least one point, against Virginia Tech, seven different Pioneers recorded a point, against Niagara 10 different players recorded a point and against UConn seven different players recorded a point.In the game against Colorado, six different players scored a goal and seven recorded a point. Against Butler, 10 different players scored a goal and 12 different players recorded a point, and at Cincinnati, eight different players scored a goal and nine recorded a point. Against Marquette, nine players scored a goal
• Maddie Baum has taken the majority of the draws, recording 74, which is third in school history for most draw controls by an individual in a single-season
• Besides Carson Gregg in net, freshman midfielder Caroline Wiseman started in her first career collegiate game against Stanford, as did junior midfielder Maddie Baum, and Molly Litlle started her first game as a Pioneer against Louisville. Katy Miele started her first game against Temple and Amelia Cole made her first appearance in the net against Butler, with four saves and one goal allowed in 33:38 minutes (1.78 GAA, .800 save %)
MILESTONE ALERT
• Elizabeth Behrins became the 18th player to reach the 100 career point milestone in the second half of the Colorado game, and the second Pioneer to reach it this season (Kendra Lanuza reached it Feb. 23)
• Julia Feiss became the latest Pioneer to record 100 career points with a free-position goal in the first half against Georgetown
• With the win against Colorado, Liza Kelly recorded her 150th win as the head coach at Denver
• Carson Gregg recorded the 100th save of her career in the second half against Marquette
SMOOTH TRANSITION
• This will be Denver's second year in the BIG EAST after spending 13 seasons as a member of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation
• DU advanced to the BIG EAST Championship game against Florida in its first year in the conference after going 7-2 in the regular season and defeating Georgetown 9-8 in the semifinals
• Denver owns an 18-13 record against BIG EAST opponents, having faced Vanderbilt the most (seven times, 4-3 record), but is searching for its first win against Florida (0-5)
2018 BIG EAST
• Denver was picked to finish second in the BIG EAST Preseason Poll with 73 total points and one first-place vote
• DU had two representatives on the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team in junior attackers Julia Feiss and Kendra Lanuza (unanimous selection)
• Carson Gregg earned BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week in weeks one, two and seven, and Julia Feiss was named Attacker of the Week in week five. Quintin Hoch-Bullen was named Freshman of the Week in weeks seven and eight
• Denver leads the BIG EAST in goals against average (8.93) with 125 goals allowed, third in save percentage (.473) and shots per game (31.29) and fifth in caused turnovers per game (9.43)
SENIORS
• The Pioneers have only five seniors on the roster this year
• Riley Eggeman will help man the midfield, Katy Miele has moved to goalkeeper, joined by Emilie Arrix and captains Caitlin Derry and Hanna Bocklet will be a part of the attack and draw specialist groups, respectively
• Eggeman has started in 41 games throughout her DU career and appeared in 58 games. Derry has played in 63 games, starting in three, and Bocklet has appeared in 28 games
SISTER ACT
• There will be four sets of sisters on the field on Saturday between both teams
• Florida has two sets of sisters in Sydney and Shayna Pirreca, and Madisyn and Kenzii Kittell
• Denver has one pair of sisters in Bea and Elizabeth Behrins
• Denver's Amelia Cole will meet up with her sister, Florida goalkeeper Olivia Cole
• Also getting in on the sister act will be Denver's Kate Knott and Ellie Knott, with Ellie calling the game for Altitude
OTHER NEWS AND NOTES
• Julia Feiss enters the game on 26-game goal and point streaks, dating back to March 12, 2017 vs. Vermont
• The team's 8.93 goals-against-average is ranked as the ninth-best in the country
• Maddie Baumhas 74 draw controls on the season, which is the third-most draw controls recorded by an individual in a single-season (Ellie Knott holds the record with 93)
