ARUBA – Incoming freshman Patrick Groters (Santa Cruz, Aruba) backed up his win in the 100 back two nights ago with a victory in the 200 back on Tuesday night on the final night of the 2018 CCCAN Championships in Aruba.
Groters reached the wall in 2:06.09 to take the top spot in the 200 back.
Rising sophomore Adriel Sanes (Rosharon, Texas) began the Pioneer duo's evening with a 23.66 in the 50 free to take fourth in the race. A few events later, Sanes took fifth in the 100 breast with a time of 1:05.75.
