DENVER – University of Denver men's soccer junior Josh Drack (Chandler, Ariz.), junior Jacob Stensson (Stockholm, Sweden) and sophomore Callum Stretch (Los Angeles, Calif.) were all named to the Summit League Second Team at the annual pre-championship banquet on Wednesday evening on the DU campus.
Drack finished second on the team in the regular season with 11 points on four goals and three assists. In his first year as a Pioneer, Drack scored twice in conference play, netting goals at Western Illinois and in a 2-0 win over Omaha at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium last month. The 2017 WAC Freshman of the Year earned his first career conference second team honor.
Stensson has four points on a goal and two assists from his wing back position in 2019. The Denver captain scored his first career goal and the game-winner in Denver's 2-0 victory over Omaha earlier this season. Wednesday night marked Stensson's third all-league selection in his Pioneer career.
Stretch has been a key part of Denver's back line this season, leading the team in minutes played with 1,647. The Denver centerback scored his first career goal in Denver's Summit League victory over Purdue Fort Wayne last week, the game-winner in a match the Pioneers had to have to qualify for the 2019 Summit League Tournament. The 2018 Summit League Newcomer of the Year earned his second all-league selection at this year's banquet.
Drack and forward Preston Judd (Henderson, Nev.) were named to the Summit League All-Newcomer Team for their performances this season.

The Pioneers will host the 2019 Summit League Men's Soccer Championship, presented by U.S. Air Force Special Warfare. Third-seeded Denver will play in the second semifinal, scheduled to kickoff at 4 p.m. MT, against Oral Roberts. Tickets are on sale here.
