DENVER – University of Denver men's soccer redshirt-freshman defender Will King was ranked as the 35th freshman in the country in Top Drawer Soccer's Top-100 Freshman rankings, the publication released on Friday.
The Columbus Crew Academy product redshirted in his true freshman season in 2024. This season, King has played and started all 14 matches for the Pioneers, splitting time between center back and outside back for the Pioneers. In those matches, King has played 1,112 minutes, and has scored one goal off a corner-kick header back on August 28 against San Diego.
