Pioneers place three on academic list
LOUISVILLE – University of Denver men's lacrosse seniors Colton Jackson (Highlands Ranch, Colo.), Dylan Gaines (Baltimore, Md.) and Dylan Johnson (Englewood, Colo.) have all been named USILA Scholar All-Americans, the coaches association announced on Thursday.
The trio brings Denver's total in the history of the award to 21.

In 1989 the USILA Scholar All-America Program was established to recognize student-athletes from USILA member institutions who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically and as citizens of their communities. The USILA Selection Committee selects an overall team representing Division I, II and III. The Scholar All-Americas are recognized at the annual Lacrosse All-America Banquet.
