DU Set for SMU Invitational

DALLAS – The University of Denver men's golf team travels to Dallas, Texas for the SMU Invitational, Sept. 22-24 at the par-71, 7,468 yard Trinity Forest Golf Club.
The three day tournament will tee off on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 7 a.m. (MT), followed by rounds two and three on Monday and Tuesday.
SMU will host the 16-team field that includes three top-25 teams according to Golfweek – No. 3 Arizona State, No. 20 Ball State, and No. 24 Sam Houston State.
Head coach Erik Billinger will go with an experienced lineup this week that includes senior Eric Hagen, junior Jun Ho Won, and sophomores Cal McCoy, Carson Griggs and Esteban Missura.
The Crimson and Gold will look to earn its second straight top-five finish this week.
