Denver Pioneers sophomore Tatum Burger was named Summit League Player of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Burger went 3-0 in singles against opponents from North Texas and 1-2 in doubles with a victory against SMU. The Denver, Colo. native went 15-5 in singles last season with a 5-2 mark at No. 3 and 10-3 mark at No. 4. Burger had a 13-4 mark in doubles last season with a 12-4 record at No. 2.

The Pioneers are set for their home opener on Friday, Jan. 17 vs. Air Force at the Denver Tennis Park.
