DENVER – The University of Denver men's soccer team will make an appearance in its eighth-straight Summit League Final on Saturday at 12 p.m. MT when they take on second-seeded Oral Roberts in Macomb.

Jamie Franks is in his seventh season as the bench boss for the Pioneers and his 10th on the Denver campus overall. The head coach of the 2016 National Coaching Staff of the Year has put together an 82-29-17 record and has led Denver to all but two of the league trophies available (2019 regular season and 2017 postseason) since Denver joined the Summit League in 2013.

Series History: Denver vs. Oral Roberts:
Denver is 12-3-0 all-time against Oral Roberts, and Saturday will make the first neutral site meeting between the two programs. Denver won the regular season meeting in Tulsa 1-0, courtesy of Kengo Ohira's seventh-minute goal. DU has outscored ORU 30-5 in the previous meetings, keeping 11 cleansheets in the 15 previous meetings. Saturday will make the second meeting between the two programs in the Summit League Final, with Denver winning the first meeting 2-0 at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium in 2015.
Last Time Out:
For the second-consecutive match, Denver and Kansas City played to a draw, this time a 0-0 stalemate. The Pioneers advanced to the final, winning the penalty kick shootout 4-3.
