DENVER – University of Denver men's lacrosse sophomore long stick midfielder Malik Sparrow has been named to the USILA National Team of the Week, the coaches' association announced on Tuesday.
 
Sparrow caused three turnovers, leading a Denver ride that forced Marquette into eight failed clears last Saturday, including seven in the first half.
 
Up Next: Denver will host Providence on Saturday at 12 p.m. MT at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium. The game will be broadcast live on Pioneer Vision and on 104.3 The Fan.
