Pios Begin Final Summit League Weekend at Home vs. St. Thomas Thursday

The Pioneers and Mavericks are tied for the final spot in the Summit League Tournament standings

DENVER  – The University of Denver women's basketball team opens the final weekend of the regular season on Thursday night when the Pioneers welcome St. Thomas to Hamilton Gymnasium. Tip is set for 7 p.m. MT.

Who: Denver (8-19, 3-13 Summit) vs. St. Thomas (6-20, 3-13 Summit)
What: Game 28 of the 2021-22 Season
Where: Hamilton Gymnasium (Denver, Colo.)
When: February 24, 2022 – 7 p.m. MT

Last Time Out:
Cheyenne Forney and Uju Ezeudu finished in double figures to lead the Pios, but Denver fell to Omaha 62-50 last Saturday inside Hamilton Gymnasium. FULL RECAP
 
Series History:
Denver is 0-1 vs. St. Thomas, dropping the first meeting of the year and in the series history in December in St. Paul by a count of 56-48.
