[69] Denver Closes Spring Break at UNLV Thursday, Home vs. UND Sunday

DENVER – The [69] University of Denver men's tennis team (8-6) will wrap-up their Spring Break Nevada trip on Thursday when the Pioneers head to UNLV at 5 p.m. MT. The Pioneers will then return home to open Summit League play on Sunday at 10 a.m. MT when they welcome North Dakota to the Denver Tennis Park.    
 
Last Time Out:
Denver dropped the doubles point but won four of the six singles matches including three, three setters to send the Pioneers past Nevada 4-3 on Monday afternoon in Reno. Denver is 3-2 in 4-3 matches this season. FULL RECAP
 
Series History:

Denver vs. UNLV
Denver is 4-2 all-time against UNLV, having won each of the last four meetings. Following losses in 2005 and 2011, Denver won in 2012, in Las Vegas, a pair of neutral site matches in 2017 and 2019 and then were victorious at the Denver Tennis Park last February in a 5-2 win.  
 
Denver vs. North Dakota
The Pioneers are 3-0 all-time against North Dakota, winning in 2019 before winning twice in the 2021 season, including 4-0 in the Summit League Semifinal last April at the Denver Tennis Park.
 
UP NEXT: Denver will close the regular season with an all-Summit League slate, picking back up on April 1 when the Pioneers welcome Oral Roberts to the Denver Tennis Park. First serve to start the new month is set for 1 p.m. MT.
