STOCKTON, Calif.  – The University of Denver men's golf team continued its run of good play on Tuesday, shooting a 7-under 281 to put itself in contention to move on at the NCAA Stockton Regional. The Pioneers have posted a 36-hole total of 563 (13-under), one shot off being in a qualifying spot heading into the final round.    

Tournament & Course Info:
- The Reserve at Spanos Park
- Par 72
- 7,315 yards
- 14 teams

Significant Stats:
- Denver is sixth through two rounds at 13-under, one shot of LSU for the final qualifying spot. 
- The Crimson and Gold ranked fourth on the par 4 holes, shooting even par for the tournament.
- Denver's 42 birdies rank second through two days of action.  
- No. 4 Arizona State leads the 14-team field at 21-under after shooting 12-under on day two.  
- The top five teams and highest finisher on a non-qualifying team will advance to the NCAA Championship at the end of round three.  

Inside the Round for the Pioneers:
- Carson Griggs continued to put himself in the hunt for individual medalist honors, going low for a second straight day with a 4-under 68. The Sand Springs, Okla. Native now is 7-under through 36 holes and tied for the lead. 
- Jackson Solem made a big move on the day, jumping up 15 spots to move into a tie for 21st after shooting a 4-under 72 for the round. Solem has a two-day total of 3-under (144).
- John Sand wrapped up his day tied for 31st at 1-under.
- Esteban Missura ended his day tied for 37th at even par.
- Jun Ho Won finished up tied for 53rd at 3-over.
