The Series:
Denver is 9-2-3 in the Division I series against Kansas City. The only previous neutral site game went to penalties, a shootout Denver won in the Summit League Semifinal in 2021.

Denver in the Conference Tournament:
Denver is 17-7-4 all-time in the conference tournament and 3-1 all-time in penalty kick shootouts. Denver has never lost a match in the Summit League Tournament (drew Omaha and fell on penalties in 2017), making their last conference tournament loss a 3-0 defeat to New Mexico in the 2012 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Semifinal.

O'Toole's Experience:
Graduate student Aidan O'Toole broke Denver's career record for matches played last weekend, appearing in his 84th match for the Crimson and Gold.

The Franks Foundation:
Jack and Sheila Weinberg Head Men's Soccer Coach Jamie Franks is 108-35-27 as a head coach at Denver, 143-52-35 in his 12 years overall with the Pioneers and 242-79-52 in his time as a player and a coach in college soccer. Franks became the second coach in program history to reach 100 career wins on Friday night, doing so in 158 career matches.

Top-10 Program in Franks' Tenure:
Since Franks took over at the start of the 2015 season, the Pioneers have 108 wins, sitting 10th in the country in that category heading into this weekend's matches. Of the 12 teams in the country that started the year with at least 96 wins, Denver has the sixth-fewest losses at 34.

Up Next:
The winner of the first semifinal on Thursday will take on the winner of second-seeded Oral Roberts and third-seeded Omaha in the Summit League Final on Saturday at 2 p.m. CT/1 p.m. MT on the Summit League Network.
