DENVER - The University of Denver women's basketball team raised over $8,600 in the 2023-34 Long Ball Elite Fundraiser, which allowed fans to donate any dollar amount per made three-pointer this season. 

The Pioneers combined to make 247 three-pointers as a team, ranking 10th in the country in three-pointers attempted per game (27.4) and 28th in made treys per game (8.2).

"Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our annual #LongBallElite Campaign," coach Doshia Woods said. "We appreciate the support this season and hope to continue to build on it. The fundraiser allows us to provide enhanced experiences for our student athletes both on and off the court, things that wouldn't be possible without your support."
