DENVER – The University of Denver women's tennis team will host its annual fall tournament, the Colorado Cup, at Denver Tennis Park on October 24-26.
Joining Denver will be Colorado, Weber State and Wyoming for a series of daily hidden duals with each team facing each other once throughout the weekend.
Admission and parking are free all weekend long at Denver Tennis Park. Matches are expected to be played indoors.

Approximate Daily Schedule
9 a.m. MT – Dual 1 singles
11 a.m. MT – Dual 1 and Dual 2 doubles
12 p.m. MT – Dual 2 singles

Each dual will feature eight student-athletes per school playing against one another in four doubles matches and eight singles matches. Doubles will be played as single sets with a tiebreak at 6-6. Singles will be best-of-three tiebreak sets. Doubles pairings may change from dual to dual.
Throughout the weekend, two Denver student-athletes will play for Weber State to get the Wildcats to eight players.
Teams will be playing for wins in each dual, as well as an overall team title for the weekend. Players will receive one point for each singles victory and a half point for each doubles win. If teams are tied after each dual or for the overall team title, the tiebreak will be total sets won.
Next up for the University of Denver women's tennis team is the HEB Invite, hosted by Baylor, on November 7-9. DU also awaits selections for the ITA Conference Masters Championships, which will be held in San Diego, California, on November 6-9.
