DENVER – The University of Denver Athletic Department's weekly coaches' show returns on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. MT on 104.3 The Fan HD3 when host Tyler Maun is joined by Otto Tschudi Head Alpine Skiing Coach Joonas Rasanen to preview the upcoming collegiate ski season.

Rasanen discusses the alpine squad's early-season training on dry land and snow, as well as the roster and this week's annual Holiday Classic races in Aspen and Steamboat Springs.

The collegiate ski season opens with Nordic races in Lake Placid on Jan. 4 and the first alpine events are Jan. 12-15 at the Denver and Colorado Invitationals at Loveland Ski Area and Eldora Mountain Resort.
