Denver Rallies from Halftime Deficit but Falls in OT at NDSU

The Pioneers return home Wednesday night to welcome Oral Roberts to Hamilton

FARGO, N.D. – The University of Denver men's basketball team came back from as many as nine points down to force OT, but dropped the game in the extra session by a count of 89-84 at North Dakota State on Saturday afternoon inside the Scheels Center.

Led by Isaiah Addo-Ankrah's three offensive rebounds, Denver did a great job crashing the offensive glass, pulling down 12 boards that resulted in eight second chance points.

The Bison then fought back to even things up at 76-76 and send the game to overtime. Denver got a boost from its bench in the period, as non-starters accounted for 13 of its 44 total points.
