DENVER – The No. RV/15 University of Denver men's soccer program returns home on Monday night when the Pioneers welcome former MPSF foe Cal Poly to the University of Denver Soccer Stadium. Opening kickoff is set for 6 p.m. MT, and the match will be broadcast live on the Summit League Network
Pepsi Kickoff Night and Faculty Staff Night
Monday night, which is the first day of school for University of Denver students, will serve as Denver's Pepsi Kickoff Night. At the event, there will be a Pepsi truck in attendance for a Pepsi photo experience and sampling station. The Pepsi station will be between the Diane Wendt Sports Complex and Centennial Halls, just west of the stadium.
Denver's match against Cal Poly is also Staff/Faculty and Retirees Night. Current and former DU staff members can claim their free tickets for Monday night only.
DENVER VS. CAL POLY SERIES HISTORY:
The Pioneers hold a 4-2-2 series history edge over the Mustangs. The two programs, that used to share membership in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation, will meet for the first time since meeting at DU Soccer Stadium in 2013. Denver won that last meeting 2-1, courtesy of a Cole Chapleski penalty kick and a 69th minute Zach Bolden goal from Reagan Dunk. FULL HISTORY

2025 REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE
- Jamie Franks has put his program up against the best once again with his 2025 schedule that was announced in July.
- Denver's opponents combined for a 173-99-73 record a year ago, and had an RPI average of 54.5.
- The Pios play 10 NCAA Tournament teams from last season, including six that got to at least the third round and a pair of NCAA Quarterfinal opponents in Pittsburgh and UMass.
- Nine of Denver's opponents appeared in the United Soccer Coaches' Preseason Poll.
- In the regular season, Denver will 14 opponents that finished in last season's RPI in the Top-100 (three more than last season), eight from the Top-50 (one less than 2024) and five in the Top-20 (one more).

Denver will close out a stretch of five of its first seven at home on Sunday afternoon when the Pioneers welcome Mercer to the University of Denver Soccer Stadium.
