DENVER – University of Denver women's tennis players
Zoe Adkins and
Natálie Cinková were named the Kwik Star Summit League Doubles Peak Team of the Week for the fourth week of the season, the Summit League announced on Tuesday.
Together, the DU senior and sophomore won both of their doubles matches on the weekend, giving Denver its first of two doubles wins in each dual on the way to DU clinching the doubles point. In total, Adkins/Cinková lost only three games in their two matches, starting with a 6-1 win against Air Force and then adding a 6-2 win against Colorado State. With the two wins, they moved to 4-1 on the season for DU at the No. 3 doubles slot – all four wins coming with two or fewer games lost.
This is Adkins third weekly Summit League award but her first as part of a doubles team and her first as a Pioneer. This is Cinková's first career Summit League weekly award.
With Adkins/Cinková's award, Denver teams have combined to win the doubles weekly award for three consecutive week – every week since DU began its dual season. In total, six different DU players have combined for five Peak Player and/or Peak Doubles Team nods in 2026 so far.
Denver continues its season with its first duals road trip with visits to BYU on Saturday, February 14, and to Utah on Sunday, February 15.
