DENVER -- University of Denver junior attacker
Olivia Ripple was named to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Tewaaraton Award, given annually to the top player in men's and women's lacrosse.
Ripple led the Pioneers last season with 76 points on 63 goals on 13 assists and a .434 shooting percentage. During her sophomore campaign, Ripple broke the program single-game scoring record with 10 goals in a 23-10 victory against Marquette, was named a Big East First-Team Selection and Big East Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
The junior attacker was also named a USA Lacrosse Magazine Preseason All-American and Preseason Big East Attacker of the Year.
Denver opens the season at USC on February 12 at 7 p.m. MT in Los Angeles, Calif.
