Women’s Golf Opens 2026-27 Season at Redbird Invitational

DENVER – The University of Denver women's golf team tees off its 2026-27 season at the Redbird Invitational on September 13-14 in Normal, Illinois.
The Pioneers will compete in the two-day, 54-hole event at Weibring Golf Club, playing 36 holes on Sunday before concluding the tournament with the final 18 holes on Monday. The Redbird Invitational marks the 17th consecutive season that Weibring Golf Club has hosted the season-opening event.
Alongside Denver and host Illinois State, the field includes Augusta, Butler, Eastern Kentucky, Illinois Wesleyan, Indiana State, Northern Illinois, Northern Iowa, South Dakota, South Dakota State and St. Thomas.
