
Men’s Golf Tied for Third After Opening Round of Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Denver men's golf team is tied for third at 3-under after the opening round of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational on Saturday at Eisenhower Golf Course.
Utah Valley and Colorado lead the team race at 8-under, followed by Denver, Wyoming, UTEP and UC Davis, who are tied for third at 3-under.
Ryder Odem leads the Pioneers and is tied for first individually at 4-under after carding a 68. Arthur Akpinar and Jet Hernandez are tied for 20th at 1-under, while Austin Hunt and Brayden Bozak are tied for 54th at 3-over.
THE PIONEERS:

T54 Austin Hunt (+3)
T54 Brayden Bozak (+3)
Competing as individuals, Chase Kacher is tied for 16th at 2-over, while Dallin Delgado is tied for 19th at 3-over.
The Pioneers will continue the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with the second round tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. MT.
