Men’s Golf Tied for Second After Two Rounds at Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Denver men's golf team moved from third to second, sitting at 6-under after two rounds of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational on Sunday at Eisenhower Golf Course.
Colorado leads the team race at 18-under, while Denver, Wyoming and UC Davis are tied for second at 6-under. The Pioneers shot an even-par 285 in the second round.Â
Arthur Akpinar leads the Pioneers at 5-under and is tied for sixth individually after carding a 4-under 68 in the second round. Ryder Odem follows at 4-under and is tied for eighth after shooting an even-par 72.Â

Competing as individuals, Chase Kacher is tied for 17th at 6-over, while Dallin Delgado is 23rd at 7-over. Kacher carded a 4-over 76 in the second round, while Delgado also posted a 4-over 76.Â
The Pioneers will conclude the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with the final round tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. MT.
