DURHAM, N.C. - The University of Denver women's lacrosse team dropped its 2005 season opener today with a 12-10 loss to the Duquesne Dukes at Duke University. Duquesne senior Ginger Flocco tallied five goals and two assists on the day while fellow senior Laura App scored twice and assisted on one goal. The Pioneers return to action on Sunday, Feb. 20 as they play No. 4 Duke at 10 a.m. MT.
