Aug. 5, 2016 The University of Denver will host its annual Hockey Pro Alumni Camp next week, where players from various professional hockey clubs will practice together in Magness Arena as a way to stay in shape and reunite with former teammates prior to the start of their upcoming seasons. The camp will begin on Monday, August 8 and conclude on Friday, August 12. The group will be on the ice from approximately 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. each day. All on-ice sessions will be free and open to the public.

After finishing their 2015-16 campaign with a record of 25-10-6 and advancing to the Frozen Four for the first time since 2005, the Pioneers came in at No. 3 on the final edition of the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll and No. 4 on the USCHO.com poll. The 25 victories posted by DU in 2015-16 marked the 15th consecutive season in which the program has posted at least 20 wins, the longest active streak in the NCAA.
