Sept. 13, 2016 The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced the 2016 Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Men's/Women's Division I Preseason Rankings on Tuesday, with several University of Denver student-athletes appearing on the lists for both singles & doubles play.
Women's doubles partners Julia O'Loughlin (Highland Beach, Fla.) and Maureen Slattery (Newport News, Va.) were ranked No. 41 tandem in the nation while O'Loughlin was ranked No. 120 among singles players:
Men's doubles partners Alex Gasson (Alton, United Kingdom) and Yannik James (St. Georges, Grenada), meanwhile, came in at No. 42 on the list of the NCAA's top male duos; their fellow senior Diogo Rocha (Lisbon, Portugal) appeared on the list of the top male singles players, coming in at No. 116:

A number of Pioneers also have pre-qualified for the 2016 Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championships: James, Gasson, Rocha and Sean Huynh (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). O'Loughlin and Slattery will both appear at the 2016 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships, with their teammate Bianca Mok (Boise, ID) set to serve as an alternate.
