BALTIMORE - The [3/3] University of Denver men's lacrosse program, Presented by your Hometown Toyota Stores, has been picked third in a preseason vote of 30 lacrosse media members around the country, Inside Lacrosse released in the Maverik Division I Media Poll on Monday. The Pioneers received eight first place votes in the Monday poll, and sit behind North Carolina and Maryland heading into the 2017 campaign.

Denver will open its 2017 campaign on February 11, as [19/17] Air Force makes the short trip up I-25 for a 1 p.m. MT faceoff. The game will be broadcast live on Altitude TV and ESPN Denver 1600.
