DENVER - The University of Denver men's lacrosse program has moved up two spots to No. 4 in the USILA/Nike Division I Coaches' Poll released on Monday. Denver also moved up a spot to No. 6 in the Maverik Media Poll, and stayed put at No. 8 in the Lacrosse Magazine staff rankings.
Monday also marked the release of the NCAA's first RPI of the 2017 season, a formula that puts the Denver Pioneers second in its national rankings.

Denver men's lacrosse, Presented by Your Hometown Toyota Stores, will open up its 2017 BIG EAST slate on Saturday as the Pioneers welcome Georgetown to Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium. This weekend's faceoff is set for 1 p.m. MT, and will be broadcast live on Altitude and ESPN Denver 1600.
