DENVER – The Denver Pioneers men's hockey team is ranked 7^th in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine and USCHO.com polls, as released on Monday.
 
The Pioneers ranked 7^th with 287 points in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll conducted in conjunction with the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) with input from coaches and members of the media from each of the six (6) Division I college hockey conferences as well as officers of the AHCA and USA Hockey. Denver ranked 7^th in the USCHO.com poll with 693 points on a ballot submitted by 50 voters, including coaches, beat writers and sports professionals from across the country. View the complete USCHO.com poll here.
 
TOGETHER 4 COLORADO TOY DRIVE
The Pioneers have partnered with CBS4 for the Together 4 Colorado Toy Drive to support the Denver community during the holiday season. Beginning Nov. 17, there will be toy drops at every Denver Athletics and Newman Center event thru Dec. 19. Additionally, there will be a Community Shop 'n Drop on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., hosted by the Denver Cheerleading squad at the circle drive on the north side of the Ritchie Center.
