DENVER – University of Denver women's soccer sophomore
Natalie Beckman (Denver, Colo.) has been named the Summit League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Beckman doubled her career goals production with the first brace of her career last Thursday in the Pioneers 3-0 win over previously unbeaten in league play Western Illinois. The Denver sophomore also added an assist on
Meg Halvorson's goal to start the second half.
UP NEXT:
Denver will begin a three-match road swing next Thursday when the Pioneers head to Omaha. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. MT. Denver will round out the road swing with matches at South Dakota (October 20) and at North Dakota (Oct. 24), before returning home to start a three-match homestand to end the regular season on October 27 against Purdue Fort Wayne (12 p.m. MT).
