Denver Set for Big Week in Arizona

Pioneers open with dual with No. 5 UCLA on Tuesday and ASU Ping Invitational on Friday
DENVER – The University of Denver golf team makes another trip back to Arizona for a big week of golf this upcoming week. The Pioneers will open things up with a dual against No. 5 UCLA on Tuesday and then participate in the prestigious ASU Ping Invitational on Friday.
The dual with the fifth-ranked Bruins will take place at Superstition Mountain, the same location where DU played Arizona State in a dual back on Jan. 27.
Then the Sun Devils play host to a very talented field this weekend at the ASU Ping Invitational, which features 12 teams in the top 30 of the Golfstat rankings, highlighted by eight Pac-12 teams in the event led by No. 1 USC.
Head coach Lindsay Kuhle is going with the lineup of Camille Enright, Sophie Newlove, Alyson Bean, Mary Weinstein and Trussy Li.
Anni Heck will also compete, but as an individual.
The Crimson and Gold are coming off an eighth-place finish at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational on Mar. 12.
