SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – University of Denver junior forward
Sydney Sharp has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Sharp scored a pair of game-winners in the Pioneers weekend road trip, helping the Pioneers to a 2-1 win at St. Thomas on Friday and a 2-0 win at Western Illinois on Sunday afternoon.
The Denver junior has scored a goal in 13 of her last 20 appearances overall, including nine of 13 this season and in four-straight entering the Pioneers return home this weekend.

Denver will continue Summit League play this weekend when the Pioneers host Kansas City and Oral Roberts at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium. Kickoff for the weekend opener against Kansas City on Friday is set for 4 p.m. MT.
