DENVER – The Denver Pioneers volleyball team celebrated Senior Night with a 3-0 win against North Dakota State on Saturday at Hamilton Gymnasium.

1st Set
After sweeping the Bison on Friday, Denver led the first set from 6-5, using a four-point run to create a five-point cushion midway through the set at 15-10. North Dakota State used its own four-point run late in the set to close the gap to 22-19, but the Pioneers kept at least three points distance en route to a 1-0 lead in the match.
2nd Set
Leading by three at 10-7, the Pioneers used six kills to go on a 7-2 stretch and build a 17-9 lead by North Dakota State's second timeout. Denver emerged from the timeout with five straight points to remain in control of the set and match. The Pioneers had a .483 hitting percentage with only three errors in the second set.
3rd Set
After its 5-0 run to open the set, Denver didn't score more than three straight points for the remainder of the set. The Pioneers didn't need to as the Bison committed nine errors in the clinching set.
