Captain Read Set for Week 3; Little Drafted to Team Arsenault

Brittany Read set to captain a team in Athletes Unlimited for the first time after earning MVP honors in the final game of the weekend last weekend

DENVER – University of Denver women's lacrosse assistant Brittany Read got the honor of drafting her own professional team on Monday night, and recent graduate Molly Little is ready to go with Team Arsenault as the duo prepare for week three of Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse.

Friday – Little – 3 p.m. MT – CBS Sports Network
Friday – Read – 6 p.m. MT – FS1
Saturday – Read vs. Little – 4 p.m. MT – FS2
Sunday – Read – 12 p.m. MT – FS2
Sunday – Little – 2:30 p.m. MT – FS2
 
Week 1 Summary
Read combined for 23 saves last weekend to finish third in the points last weekend, including an 11 save performance (61% save percentage) in the finale for 191 points. The Denver assistant is currently third overall with 733 points.
 
Little is 53rd in the points with 269, picking up 129 last weekend. In three games, Little has two ground balls and a caused turnover.
