DENVER – The [RV/RV] University of Denver men's lacrosse program, presented by Your Hometown Toyota Stores, will hit the road for the first time in BIG EAST play on Saturday when the Pioneers take on [18/18] Villanova. Faceoff on Fox Sports 1 is set for 1 p.m. ET/11 a.m. MT.

JJ Sillstrop got Denver out of the gates strong with a first-quarter hat trick, but an 11-1 Georgetown run through the middle quarters allowed the Hoyas to pull away with a 17-9 win last Saturday at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium. FULL RECAP
 
DI Series History vs. Villanova
The Pioneers are 14-3 all-time against Villanova, including 7-1 in BIG EAST regular season play. Denver is also 7-2 against the Wildcats at Villanova. Denver has won 13 of the last 14, with the lone loss in the stretch coming at Peter Barton in April, 2019.
