DENVER – The University of Denver men's lacrosse program is ranked 17^th in the 2023 Inside Lacrosse Preseason Media Poll, IL announced on Monday.
 
Denver will take on No. 3 Georgetown, No. 7 Yale, No. 8 Duke, No. 11 Ohio State and No. 19 North Carolina from the initial poll.
 
The Pioneers will also see action against three teams receiving votes in the poll, starting with an exhibition this Saturday against Johns Hopkins and regular season games against Villanova and Utah.

UP NEXT: Denver will open the 2023 season on February 4 when the Pioneers host Utah on Saturday at 12 p.m. MT at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium.
