DENVER – The University of Denver women's tennis team will continue its fall season at the 2024 Husky Invitational, hosted by the University of Washington, on October 4-6.
Joining Denver at UW will be Iowa, Seattle and Washington State.
2024 HUSKY INVITATIONAL ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE
Friday, October 4
9 a.m. PT/10 a.m. MT – Singles vs. Washington State
12 p.m. PT/1 p.m. MT – Doubles vs. Washington State
Saturday, October 5
12 p.m. PT/1 p.m. MT – Doubles vs. Seattle
1 p.m. PT/2 p.m. MT – Singles vs. Iowa & Washington
Sunday, October 6
12 p.m. PT/1 p.m. MT – Doubles vs. Iowa & Washington
1 p.m. PT/2 p.m. MT – Singles vs. Washington & Seattle
*Schedule subject to change
Singles matches will be played best-of-three sets with a full third set played, if necessary. Doubles matches will be played as one set with a seven-point tiebreak at 6-6.
The Husky Invitational is Denver's final tournament leading into the 2024 ITA Regional Championships, which is set for October 17-22 and will be hosted by New Mexico State. DU is also set to host its annual fall tournament, the Colorado Cup, on November 8-10 at Denver Tennis Park.
