DENVER – In a short schedule over the holiday weekend, the University of Denver men's lacrosse program had seven former players combine for 30 points in week five of the 2025 NLL season.
Josh Dawick led the way for the #ProPios with seven points on four goals and three helpers in Toronto's one-goal loss to Ottawa on Saturday.
Mark Matthews had five helpers for a six-point night for the Rock.
Alex Simmons and
Ethan Walker had four points apiece for Albany, and
Tyler Pace had a goal and an assist to round out Saturday's action.
Brendan Bomberry backed up his week four hat trick with a six-point night in week five, netting two more goals to go with four assists for a six-point day to help keep Georgia unbeaten with a one-goal win in Colorado.
