DENVER – The University of Denver men's and women's swimming and diving programs were both recognized by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches' Association of America (CSCAA) on Monday, earning Scholar All-America honors for their work in the classroom during the fall quarter.
In addition to the team award, the men's swimming and diving program posted the fifth-highest grade point average in the country according to the data submitted to the CSCAA.
Denver's women turned in a 3.67 in the fall to record the 28th-best grade point average in the country, while the Denver men posted a 3.65 to earn its top-5 national ranking.
In order to qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to exhibit above a 3.0 grade point average during the Fall 2023 quarter.
