DENVER – The University of Denver men's and women's swimming and diving teams both earned Scholar All-America Team recognition from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association for spring 2024, the CSCAA announced on Monday.
Denver's men's team finished with the third-highest GPA (3.72) among Division I men's teams while the women's team finished tied for No. 39 with a GPA of 3.69.
These are the second CSCAA Scholar All-America honors for each team this year after both earned a spot on the fall 2023 team as well. The men were No. 5 in the nation (3.65 GPA), and the women were tied for No. 28 (3.67 GPA) in the
awards announced in February 2024.
The CSCAA Scholar All-America Team recognizes teams with cumulative GPAs of at least 3.00 for the respective academic period (either fall or spring).
CSCAA Individual Scholar All-America awards will be announced in July.
