Jack Dozer and
Jet Hernandez earned KwikStar #SummitGF Peak Golfer of the Week honors after earning fourth-place finishes at the Loyola Intercollegiate this week. The awards mark the first for Hernandez and second for Dozer.
The duo combined for 34 birdies in their three laps around the Palm Valley Golf Course, leading the Pioneers to a third-place team finish.
Dozer and Hernandez shared fourth at the Loyola Intercollegiate as the Pioneers each posted 54-hole scores of 205 (-11). Dozer, a Phoenix native, led the 119-player field with 18 birdies and shared the lead in par-5 scoring at -11. Hernandez, a Muntinlupa, Phillipines native, tied for fifth in the field with 16 birdies and also dominated the par 5's with a -10 showing on those holes.
Dozer, Hernandez and the Pioneers return to the course on March 8-10 at the Bandon Dunes Championship in Bandon, Oregon.
