DU to host seven matches at University of Denver Soccer Stadium in Pioneers’ first season in West Coast Conference
DENVER – Single-match and group tickets for the upcoming 2026 University of Denver women's soccer season are now on sale.
Tickets start at $12/match. Season tickets also remain on sale, beginning at $69. Mini plan tickets, as well as discounts for groups of 10 or more people, are also available.

Denver will host seven matches at University of Denver Soccer Stadium this fall. In non-conference play, DU will welcome two of its fellow NCAA Division I teams from Colorado, beginning with Colorado College in the home opener on August 27. This will mark the fourth consecutive year the Pioneers and the Tigers have met and the second consecutive during the host team's home-opening weekend. DU holds a 7-6-3 record and is undefeated against the Tigers in their last three meetings – including a 2-0 win in CC's last trip to Denver in 2024.
For just the third time and the first time since 2016, Denver and Montana will face off when DU hosts the Grizzlies on September 6. Both of the previous meetings have been in Denver with each team earning a clean-sheet win.
Another Colorado team comes to DU Soccer Stadium this fall when the Air Force Falcons make the trip up I-25 on September 17. Denver visited the US Air Force Academy in its season opener last year and came away with a 2-1 win off a brace from returning midfilder Samantha Dreiling, moving Denver to 8-2-0 against AFA. DU has now won three in a row against the Falcons and seven of the last eight, and has won all five meetings held in Denver.
The 2026 season will be Denver's first as a member of the West Coast Conference, and four of its seven home matches will be against new conference foes, starting with its first-ever WCC match on September 26 when DU hosts Saint Mary's. Denver holds a 3-1-0 record against the Gaels including wins in each of the last three meetings – all coming in Denver, though the most recent match was in 2013.
Reigning West Coast Conference champion Pepperdine makes its first-ever trip to Denver on October 7. The Pioneers and the Waves have met three times previously, though all three came at Pepperdine and in 1998 – Denver's first season as an NCAA Division I program – 2005 and 2007.
Denver hosts Portland in its penultimate home match of the season on October 17. This will be the 10th meeting between the two teams and the first since 2019. The Pilots have only played twice in Denver and not since 2015. Both previous matches held at DU went to extra time with each team earning one win.
DU's 2026 home finale is set for Halloween afternoon against Pacific, which will become the first all-time meeting between the new conference foes. Denver will celebrate Senior Day and hold Halloween-themed giveaways during the match.

The Pioneers have begun their preseason training and will be led in part by captains Samantha Dreiling – who is back for a sixth year of eligibility after missing her first two seasons with injuries – and senior Nora Zelazny – who helped led DU's defense a season ago after making 15 starts, the first of her career.
Denver also welcomes 10 newcomers to the roster for 2026: four transfers and six freshmen. Among the newest Pioneers are transfer goalkeepers Sophia Elfrink and Jaidin Kinch, who joined the team during the spring, and 2025-26 Gatorade Colorado Girls Soccer Player of the Year Reese Morgan.
DU's roster features 12 student-athletes who call Colorado home including two freshmen (Morgan and Jacqui Wilson) and two transfers (Kinch and Kollar).
The Pioneers will also welcome back senior Liv Moritz, who did not play during the 2025 season while pursuing international opportunities with the USA alpine ski team. In her two seasons playing for DU thus far, Moritz was one of the team's top scorers and earning All-Region honors in 2023.
