Omaha, Neb. - The 43rd-ranked University of Denver women's tennis team defeated Oral Roberts University 4-0 today in the Summit League semifinal match at the Koch Family Tennis Center in Omaha, Neb. The Lady Pioneers will face South Dakota State in the Summit League Women's Tennis finals match tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. MT.

Denver went 2-0 in doubles matches and a perfect 6-0 in singles matches in today's victory.

Julia O'Loughlin (Highland Beach, Fla.), Maureen Slattery (Newport News, Va.), Bianca Mok (Boise, Idaho), Charlotte Derbyshire (Stockton, England), Evy Van Genechten (Antwerp, Belgium) and Morgan Barnhill (Austin, Texas) each picked up singles victories in today's match to help claim the win for the Pioneers.

O'Loughlin and Slattery defeated Jovana Antonijevic and Petya Simeonova (ORU) 6-2 in their doubles match, while Derbyshire and Gracia Mboko (Burlington, Ontario) beat Brenda Mercado Jove and Valentina Gisbert (ORU) 6-3 in their match. The duo of Mok and Barnhill also competed in the No. 2 doubles spot, however their match went unfinished.
